The Screenwriter Award (Shared) - French Dolls - France
Maud Ameline is recipient of TheWIFTS Screenwriter Award for French Dolls (Tiens-toi Droite) - a metaphorical tale of the search for true identity and authenticity of self in today's society. TheWIFTS Award is shared with co –writer Katia Lewkowicz.
Maud Ameline graduated from the Script department at La Femis international film school in Paris. Her talent as a screenwriter has garnered film industry attention on just three films she co-wrote with Noemie Lvovsky, Camille Rewinds (Camille redouble); with Marilyne Canto, the script Sense Of Humor (Le sens de l'humour,) and with Katia Lewkowicz, French Dolls (Tiens-Toi Droite). She is currently collaborating with Antonin Peretjatko on La loi de la Jungle, and with Isabelle Czajka on La Part Du Lion. Ameline is also a script reader for France Televisions (french national channels). For the past six years, Maud Ameline has been a member of the selection committee for La Quinzaine Des Réalisateurs (Cannes Film Festival).
